Refund Policy

1. Doctor Consultation Cancellations

Virtual video checkups and clinical sessions are scheduled in advance. We support cancellation refunds under the following timelines:

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full 100% refund or free booking rescheduling.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice: Subject to a $15 late cancellation booking fee; the remainder is returned.
• No-Shows: No refund is provided if the patient does not join the secure video link within 15 minutes of session start.

2. Plan Subscription Billing

Subscription plans (Essential, Professional, Family) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis:

• Trial Periods: First 14 days are fully free. No charge is made.
• Cancellations: You can terminate subscription plans at any time. Features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
• Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests made within the first 30 days of an annual renewal qualify for a full refund minus a one-month service charge.

3. Insurance & Copay Claims

For charges reimbursed by insurance networks (e.g., Blue Cross), billing adjustments and copays are processed under the guidelines of your insurance network's direct claim rules.
