1. Platform Use & Rules

By using Vitalora Health, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the capacity to agree to these Terms. You agree to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial health logging and scheduled doctor consults. Any attempt to reverse engineer data syncing lines, inject malicious scripts, or fake medical records is strictly prohibited.

2. Medical & Clinical Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Vitalora Health provides software-assisted wellness tracking and telemedicine appointment scheduling. The digital reports, progress indicators, and health trend charts are intended to support wellness decisions:

• They do not constitute immediate emergency medical diagnostics.
• In the event of active chest pains, physical distress, or emergency, please call 911 immediately.
• Always consult in-person clinical staff before changing critical medication regimes.

3. Profiles & Suspension

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate user profiles that post abusive statements to our clinical staff, file fraudulent chargebacks, or share credentials across multiple non-family members.
